Workflow and Post-Action Notes:

  • Validation: All input fields within the Add/Edit modals are subject to validation rules. Ensure all required fields are completed and conform to expected formats before saving.
  • Dependencies: Be aware that deleting a project screen may impact other system components or functionalities that depend on it. For example, if a screen is referenced in a workflow or another screen, its deletion might cause errors. The system is designed to notify administrators of critical dependencies where possible.
  • Auditing: All additions, edits, and deletions of project screens are logged, allowing administrators to track changes and maintain an audit trail. This information is typically accessible via system logs or dedicated auditing features within GimCore.
